1. What is the re-enrollment process for our recreational classes?

Your child is automatically re-enrolled into his/her same class for the next session and your credit card on file will be charged on October 22, 2019 (session 2); January 13, 2020 (session 3); March 16, 2020 (session 4).  This payment will secure your spot for the following session.

2. What if I don’t wish to continue In a class?  How do I drop my class?

If you wish to un-enroll for the next session , please let us know no later than 7th week of your current session or you will be charged.  Please complete the Class Withdrawal Form”. For as are also available in the lobby, and through email.  Verbal requests for class withdrawals will not be accepted.  

3. What if I want to switch classes for the next session?

Please let the front desk know if you need to switch your class/day/time.  If there is room in a class, we will switch you right away.  If there is not, please fill out the Class Transfer Request.   We will add you to our wait lists and call you when/if the class becomes available.

4. What if I change my mind after my payment is processed?

If you are charged and change your mind, we can void your payment by 7:00 pm on the day of card processing.  If it is after that, we will issue a management credit on your account that you must use within a year of the credit posting.  Any refunds processed will incur 10% fee.
